Our unique and effective program for change initiative has been proven in the field to produce dramatic changes to cultures that resist change. The program begins with leadership from the top down by training executives in the competencies required to institute the required change.

Some general rules about cultural change include:

  • Cultural change occurs after the system is put in place not before
  • The leaders must be convinced that the new way is superior to the old
  • The success must be clearly seen by all.
  • Some team members will not adjust and you will lose them.
  • You must reinforce new norms and values with incentives and rewards – including promotions
  • Reinforce the culture with every new employee

If you are seeking a dramatic change to your sales team no matter what the industry this Program can produce the results your seek. PSI uses the latest methods of subliminal influence and modes of language to change beliefs and serve customers in the best way possible, by presenting their optimal solution. This program of training over six or twelve months will allow any organisation to bring their sales force through a cultural shift of focus on results, whilst keeping the customer's needs at the forefront. If a client needs are kept paramount, then sales will result.

Monthly meetings and individual coaching combined provides a modality that sees a real change in results from your Team. Conversions, client retention, client referral and sales per customer are all focused on during this process. A defined approach such as PSI produces real change rather than one off motivational meetings or seminars.

For any team to operate at its optimum, the Team must be in rapport and have common goals and standards. These sessions will create this environment.

To establish rapport quickly is a skill that some people seem to have naturally. However it can also be taught and learnt. Once you have rapport, clients will be more inclined to listen, as will team members. This is not them liking you it is communicating with them through modalities(Sight , Sound, Feeling or touch) that they relate to and can identify with. Every human uses these modalities to determine if they will accept you and hence your advice.

Once rapport is established, they are more inclined to be influenced, once you understand if that are internally or externally referenced. By pacing and then leading them in rapport they can influenced to look at all options. This method ensures a clients values and rules do not get in the way of the optimum decision for their circumstances. Their experience of contact with your organisation, will be thinking and feeling the best about it.

Before meeting with your client you will need to be in the best state possible. We therefore teach the latest methods of state control. These states we all experience, affect our cognitive abilities to analyse and can slow down our mental processes. To offer the best client interaction you must be in the best state (mood) to do so. This skill is also effective in ensuring your own staff are not adversely affected by external personal problems and can approach the job from an attitude of helpful separation. You will also be able to identify what state your client is in and learn how to influence them into another more empowering state whilst working with them.

  • Identify what modality your clients uses to communicate and match it gaining rapport with them.

Session two

  • Pacing and leading a client and how that works.
  • Is your client internally referenced or externally?
  • Understand what human need your clients has, use that framework to influence them to move in a beneficial direction.
  • How to identify leverage and use that to instill a direction.
  • Understand human state (mood) and how to maintain your own to be in a peak to make the best decisions whilst dealing with a client.
  • Take you client from a disempowering state to one more likely to purchase.
  • The Zone and its application.
  • Creating state and how to take control of it.
  • How to influence and if necessary break state in your client to provide flexibility for them to make the best decision.
